About me
BIO

How can you define an artist? not just an artist, a man that embodies
unique creativity, universal energy, a multi dimensional persona and
has an intuitive finger on the ever changing state of music. Sometimes
words can’t illustrate such a definition. Sometimes you just have to
let the art or music in this case and persona of “TOMMY 2 FACE” speaks
for itself. His name alone personifies realism by accepting life “as
is” and displaying both sides of the coin referencing to “there’s two
sides to everything and everyone”. That theory is naturally expressed
and mirrored throughout 2 Face’s life and music.

Born in Jamaica Queens and later moved to Flushing Queens, Tommy 2
Face grew up listening to the hottest dj’s and artist on the radio. He
became inspired by the emotional expression and the perspectives of
other artist who were in the limelight at that time.
through his process of development, he was recognized for his talent
which had him flown to New Orleans to record with several Master P’s
“No Limit” artist such as, Mystikal, Kane & Abel, Fiend & Mr. Serv-on.
While heading down to New Orleans, 2 face encountered severe medical
complications on the flight. He was rushed to a Baton Rouge medical
facility where he almost died due to internal bleeding from a rupture
spline. Months later, He was faced with another life changing
obstacle. This time he was a victim of several gunshot wounds which
hit his arm and abdomen, where the bullet still remains to date. Being
slowed down by intensive surgery and a very long recovery, This
ignited his desire and motivated him to aggressively pursue his dream.

Taking his passion to the next level, He learned how to produce and
engineer which gave him advantages to enhance his artistry. Tommy 2
Face then mapped out a strategic plan to attack all fascists from
various angles of marketing and promotion. The first plan was to
infiltrate the underground and mixtape market. he aligned himself with
some of the top mixtape dj’s like Dj Superstar jay, Dj Whoo Kid, and
Cutmaster C. He has been placed on over 150 mixtapes and counting,
including five independent mixtapes of his own and one solo album.
After making his presence felt on the underground, 2 Face then
progressed to major radio shows like “Hot 93.7” in Hartford C.t. (Dj
Craig G and Dj Kg), “Sirius XM Satellite,Shade 45” (Dj Self, Kay Slay,
Tony Touch, Dj Superstar Jay and Dj radio). The second phase was to
gain internet awareness and was done by attacking some popular
web/blog sites, independent internet radio and all social media
networks. With the success and accomplishments of his plan thus far, 2
Face is more determined than ever to move through the ranks of the
music industry.

Tommy 2 Face has always understood and accepted his alter ego which
resides in the middle of hardcore, emotional and intellectual
consciousness. He offers a completely “Eclectic” genre of sound like
no other. Welcome to the “Citizen of two worlds” TOMMY 2 FACE!!
