As required under Sections 512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §§512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3)), we are instructed to place you on notice that:

1. We the below, The undersigned, are extremely concerned about YouTube theft and the Felony Commercialization of stolen intellectual property on YouTube for commercial profit, gain ,commercial advertisement and web traffic marketing.

2. By Doing Nothing, We believe and are Concerned that Google is condoning , encouraging the Criminal behavior and Felony profiteering actions without cause or retribution or action .

3. The Commercialization and felony Advertising that are connected and generated by the Stolen intellectual properties can and is significant.

4. Google, Inc. as a corporation and an advertiser provider and is a benefactor to the theft and contributor of the Problem.

We all have Either Experienced YouTube Theft Ourselves, Or are extremely concerned that it can and will happen To us.

We demand That Google protect us better from YouTube theft by encoding and /or embedding Our uploaded Videos, audios and intellectual properties under Sections 512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §§512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3)), with an encrypted identifying code to protect and flag stolen property timely and instantaneously to eliminate and halt this ongoing fraud and criminal felony behavior.

If a Video, Our Intellectual Property Is Stolen, in an outright and blatant fashion and theft, we ask for the infringers IP address be banned and removed completely from enjoying, and abusing YouTube further.

We Further Demand The Protection from Cyber Bullying after an infringer has been placed on notice and a video has been removed by blocking the abuser from Contacting, bullying and harassing the victim further.

We are truly victims and we demand Google put an end to this Criminal behavior.

At This time we are putting Google inc on notice to this growing felony behavior and abuse of the current system terms and policies YouTube currently has in-place.

We ask that Views generated by the Stolen property to be attached and returned to the rightful owner and victim of the stolen videos, intellectual properties, and audio works and advertisement rights be granted to the Victim in question.

We The Undersigned agree and demand the Google Inc to put a speedy end to this wild west behavior under Sections 512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §§512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3))

We are Confident That Google Inc. is also concerned about this and will be encouraged to do what is right.
